A TINY PRINTER FOR BIG IDEAS
Games, chore lists and small surprises printed on a roll of paper.
WHAT COMES OUT
PAPER CANNOT ASK YOU TO LOG IN
GAMES FOR THE TABLE
Things to guess, race, bluff and argue about. Loud in a good way.
USEFUL HOUSEHOLD PAPER
Lists, notes, who's doing what. A tiny bit of order, stuck to the fridge.
SOMETHING TO COLOUR IN
Small drawings that arrive black and white and leave rather worse for it.
SURPRISES ON A TIMER
Set it once and forget it. The paper remembers for you, then whirrs.
THREE STEPS
Pair the printer. Once, badly, like all Bluetooth. Then never again.
Pick something, or don't. Choose it yourself, or leave it on a schedule and be delighted later.
Rip it off. The phone goes back in a pocket. That's the whole idea.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Households with too many screens
Something has to happen between dinner and bed that isn't a tablet.
People who keep things
Ticket stubs, notes in books, a drawer of small paper. You know who you are.
Anyone who likes a whirr
The sound is half of it. We won't pretend otherwise.
REASONABLE QUESTIONS
Do I need to buy a printer?
A cheap Bluetooth receipt printer and a roll of paper. Less than a board game, and refills cost almost nothing.
Are you making your own?
Not ruling it out. If we do, it will still be a thing that hums on a shelf and prints paper, not a subscription with a face.
Is the ink safe for kids?
There is no ink. Thermal paper is heat and nothing else. Use phenol-free rolls and colour away.
When can I have it?
Soon, and the waitlist goes first. Android to begin with.
BE FIRST OFF THE ROLL
Leave an email. You'll hear from us when there's something to print, and not before.
Right now it's an app and a printer you already own. We have ideas about the printer.
